The Slot is a trail that leads you through a narrow slot canyon. Fun hike, to go into the crevasses of sandstone that has been carved out by wind. Some parts are narrow, and the trail is sandy, but still easy and kid friendly. To get there, you drive off the main paved road and down and dirt road. In hot weather, the canyon provides shade.
